1 1/4 B.S, Wallball Situps, Wed Nov 25th

CrossFit WOD:

1 1/4 Back Squats (description below)
4-4-4-4
Rest, then
150 Wallball situps for time (description below)
1 1/4 Back Squats: Load up bar. Execute a normal back squat below parallel, come up to parallel, back down to bottom, then stand all the way up…that’s one rep
Wallball Situp: Use ABMAT or GHD. Hold medicine ball overhead. Execute explosive situp, and throw the ball against the wall at the top. Catch the ball on the rebound and go right back into the next rep. Experiment with what weight to use prior to starting.
CrossFit TAKEOFF WOD:
3 rounds for time
10 Bed Ball Deadlift
7 burpees
