A picture (or 2) is worth a thousand words.  Most of you know Dave by now.  Dave is one of our most dedicated athletes.  He has been with us for about 3 1/2 months.  Look at his before picture (situps taken in Jan) and a snap of this svelt young athlete taken Monday evening (svelt is yiddish for skinny).  Dave has lost more than 20 lbs and he’s just getting started in his journey of Fitness.  What a difference his strong dedication and persistent Intensity make.  Way to go Dave!!

Wow, what a WOD on Monday. Here are some glimpses at the remarkable effort you all put forth for this worthwhile, but very challenging WOD. This is up there for one of the tougher WODs we’ve seen. 

In preparation for the games, Nicole will be doing all of the WODs from each Regions’ qualifiers. We’ll be programming many of them into your daily WODs too.
