Thursday’s WOD

With a continuously running clock, execute 1 situp, increase by 1 situp every 30 seconds for 10 minutes (do 1 situp, 30 seconds later do 2 situps…)
After 5 minutes, transition to every minute instead of 30 seconds
Workout ends when you can’t complete the required situps within the minute, or at 30 minutes.
