 WOD:

10 minute AMRAP (from OPT)
  3 muscle ups (substitute = 2 pullups/2 ring dips for every Muscle up….so 6 of each per round)
  3 Dead Lift – 315#/205#
  3 triple unders (sub with 15 double unders or 50 singles)
