    rest 10 seconds
    50 unbroken mountain climbers (these are 2-count
    rest 2 minutes

Rest, then:
 10 Min AMRAP:
     7 Ring Pushups (use a box for your feet to get to the correct level…get chest deep)
      12 dumbbell thrusters (35lb dbs / 20lb dbs)
