This page shows the amazing transformations of several of our athletes and describes our methods of achieving them. It is a testament to the dedication of our Athletes and the quality of our Coaching Staff. These athletes did our workouts (lasting approximately 10-25 minutes) 3-5 times per week and ate as we prescribed (we address food quality, not quantity).

“I can’t even begin to say how happy I am with my progress – it just feels incredible. I’ve realized every time I’m in the box, that I can do much more than I thought I would be able to do since my injuries. I started out at 240lbs. When I weighed in this morning, I almost couldn’t believe that I saw 211lbs. I’ve lost 11 1/4 inches off my waist. My blood pressure has gone down since starting as well and I just feel all around better. I’ve accomplished so much more than I thought I would have in the past 9 or 10 weeks and I can’t thank you and the CFHR Coaches enough. There is something special there at CFHR. “I’ve only been doing CrossFit for 4 weeks, but I highly recommend the workouts – not so much just as a way to lose weight, but more so as a way to live stronger. Since starting at CFHR my clothes fit better and I have more stamina throughout the day.
