Ok Crossfitters, it is one of those days we all hate….Adam and Kristy Singleton’s last day is today BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Since Adam and Kristy have joined us about 5-6 months ago they have made great improvements in fitness and life. I wish I had more time with Adam and Kristy to list all of their accomplishments, but he declined to tell me today was his last day. (or maybe I just forgot, oops) These two are not just die hard athletes, they are great friends of mine. All that know the Singletons would agree. Adam had one last crossfit wish before they leave and it was to have the WOD be “The Chief”. So without further ado…

Weekly Warmup
Run 200
25 squats
25 pushups
25 jumptucks
Run 200


Crossfit WOD:

“The Chief”
Max Rounds in 3 mins of:
135/95# Power Cleans 3 reps
6 pushups
9 squats
rest 1 min and repeat for 5 cycles
Post total score for all cycles
Takeoff WOD:
Do 3 cycles of “The Chief” using light-moderate power clean loads.
Post total score as 3 rds
