Biggest Loser WOD Challenge #1, Monday, June 15th

Monday’s WOD:

As Many Rounds As Possible in ????? Minutes of:
7 Wallball shots (guys 20lb to 8ft line, ladies 10lb to 8ft line)
15 Backs squat (45lb/35lb)
15 ABMAT situps (unanchored)

Wallball: Any portion of the ball must hit the line for shot to count.  Wallball shot starts at BOTTOM of the squat, not the top.  Don’t count it if you didn’t start the rep below parallel
Back Squat: Depth must be below parallel at bottom and full hip/knee extension at top 
ABMAT situp: shoulder blades must touch ground at back.  Hands must touch feet/shoes (any part) at top. TORSO MUST BE VERTICAL AT TOP (perpendicular to ground).

The WOD will start with 3-2-1 GO.  You will not know how long the WOD is until you are told to stop.  You must gauge your effort and pace without knowing how long you may be working.  To earn points towards the Biggest Loser challenge, you cannot scale.  The total score will be determined by total reps completed.  There are 37 reps per round, so if you get 30 rounds and 6 wallball shots, your total score is 1116.
DO NOT POST YOUR SCORE ON THE WHITEBOARD IN THE GYM.  THE WOD WILL BE ENTERED INTO BEYOND THE WHITEBOARD NEXT WEEK AFTER ALL TEAMS HAVE HAD THE CHANCE TO FINISH IT.  PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THE WOD TIME OR SCORES WITH ANYONE UNTIL NEXT WEEK.

If a Biggest Loser Participant cannot complete this WOD, they will have a second chance next Saturday during the 1130 WOD.  If only one  team member completes it, their points still count towards this WOD competition.
