Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata Squats (8 intervals of: 20 seconds of squats followed by 10 seconds held at the bottom of the squat)

Rest 2 min

Top-to-Top Tabata Pushups (8 intervals of: 20 seconds of pushups followed by 10 seconds held at the top of the pushup)

Rest 5 min

Play around with L-sits

WHEN FORM FAILS, BACK OFF INTENSITY SLIGHTLY. PLAY THE LINE, BUT DON’T BLINDLY ACCEPT POOR FORM FOR MORE REPS.
