Using a bumper plate (45# / 25#), complete the following.
5 rounds for time:
10 Hang Squat Clean
10 Push Jerk
10 in-place lunges (alternate feet – 5R/5L) holding weight OVHD
30 mountain climbers (each leg forward counts as 1 rep)–set weight down for this
TAKEOFF WOD
5 rounds for time:

8 Push jerk (PVC or empty bar)
1 rope ascent (or 3 rope pull from ground)
