150 Burpees for time
Mark each break you take longer than 5 seconds.
At the end, for each break you took, do 5 KTE
The focus is on safe, efficient form. Get down as rapidly as possible, pop up ON YOUR HEELS, then jump. You will demonstrate form on a few reps prior to executing the WOD.
