What’s cookin’ at the Gordon’s?
Veggie mix and Steak.
Steak: Top Sirloin, 100% GrassFed from Windhaven Farms ($5.00/lb) This is about 1.2 lbs cooked in the photo below.
Veggies: 1 leek (great pre-biotic), 1 yellow onion, 1 head of lacinato kale, 2 zucchinis, mixed color baby peppers chopped. Add in 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1/2 stick of butter and 3 heaping Tbsp of Coconut Oil. I add crushed red pepper (Nicole loves her veggies spicy), some cinnamon and some turmeric.
YOU’VE GOTTA EXPERIMENT TO GET GOOD AT COOKING. AS NICOLE WILL TELL YOU, I’M STILL EXPERIMENTING (WITH COOKING, NOT IN THE COLLEGE “I NEEDED THE MONEY” SORT OF WAY).
