Monday’s WOD

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Power Clean (185#/120#):  Reps = the round you are on (1 PC first round, 2 second round…)
Home version:
As many rounds in 20 minutes of:
5 sit-ups
10 burpees
15 jumping squats
A HUGE CONGRATS TO SANDI;  CFHR’s FIRST ATHLETE TO RECEIVE HER CROSSFIT LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION!!  She’ll have a ton of stories for you and a wealth of knowledge to spread.  Sandi is legit with her understanding of CF fundamentals and movements and you’ll see her leading more classes.  She did great at the cert and put up an 8 minute Fran with 70 onlookers!
