This Sunday, Nicole and I will be up at Yorktown Beach to do a WOD.  We’ll start right at 10am.  You are all invited to join us if you’d like.  This is a games prep WOD…it will be a toughy.  We’re going to be at the bottom of the big hill.  There are two big hills…facing the beach from the hill, we’re on the hill to the left.  Bring water and sunblock if you come!
