Complete left side of the warmup board on your own then..
2 rds (slow, controlled movements)
10 air squats with 10 sec hold at the bottom
10 back extensions
10 wall balls
Take no more than 15 mins to find a 3 rep max of squat cleans
Work on the 3rd pull (getting under the bar and elbows through) –Try not to power clean and ride it down in a front squat.
Then….Death by Thrusters (115/75)
With a continuously running clock execute 1 thruster during minute one, 2 thrusters during minute 2, 3 thrusters minute 3………until you cant complete any more thrusters during that specified minute
