Since this week’s WODs and warmup included elements from just about every skill on the chart, we got a bit creative. As always, you can substitute other skills you’d like to work on, make up a missed weakly WOD, or simply work on a desired skill

If you would like to help setup/judge, please e-mail Meegs. Minimum of 1 yr CrossFit experience is required for the judges.
Our WODs are being created by James “OPT” Fitzgerald. He is working directly with Meegs to keep it secretive and impartial. Knowing James, they’re gonna be challenging and a great assessment of what is needed from our team.
This is a STRONG receiving position for the clean. Notice weight evenly distributed in the feet, lumbar curve set and strong, torso approaching vertical, hips nearly under the shoulders, bar over the midline of the feet, gaze is neutral. This requires a strong core, flexible ankles, hamstrings & glutes, and concentration. Olympic Lifting is NOT a mindless endeavor.
Saturday class is still on for now. Based on the WX, we will announce cancellation (if required) by 8pm Fri night.
