Family First….ALWAYS.  I’ve watched this story about 10 times (every year during Ironman), and I never get tired of it.  There is no “can’t” in life.

Athlete Profile:  Hector and Nicole
Along the lines of inspirational…meet Hector and Nicole O.  They come in together in the 9am class.  We love having them in our gym (as with all our athletes).  I can’t find rock music loud or hard enough for Hector (did I mention he’s a Minister!) and I can’t find a challenge that Nicole doesn’t conquer with a smile on her face.  These two not only work hard and inspire in the gym, but outside as well.  Annually, they travel to San Antonio to help run a state-sponsored boot camp for troubled youth.  They armed with an arsenal of new exercises and a spirit that will capture anyone’s attention.  Keep up the strong work you two!
