Power Clean and Jerk
On the minute for 5 minutes, 4 reps at 65% of Jerk 1RM
  Rest 1 minute (change loading for next set)
On the minute for 5 minutes, 3 reps at 70% 1RM
  Rest 1 minute (change loading for next set)
On the minute for 5 minutes, 2 reps at 75% 1 RM

Post WOD mobility work:
Shoulder exercises from the video then 3-4 minutes in a deep squat (remember you can hold onto something, you do not have to have a tight core…relax at the bottom and get all the way down).

Starting next week, we’ll have some guest WOD Programmers in the form of your Coaches!  They’ll be taking turns over the next couple of months.  Each Coach will have two weeks of WODs in a row.  They’ll follow a general template that includes lifting, longer metcons and heavier metcons, but they’ll all be unique and designed by your Coaches.  Starting next week, we’ll have 2 weeks of Coach Bryan’s WODs.
