Weekly Warmup:
  M, W, F – 2 rounds of:
     10 Kip Swings (loosen the shoulders…relax in the hang)
     10 Pushups
     10 Squats
Tu, Thurs – 2 rounds of:
      10 Hip Extensions
      10 second ring L-Sit
      10 Squats

WOD:
   15 Min AMRAP
      6 Alternating Leg Overhead Step Ups (75# – 20″ box/45# – 14″) (same as video, just hold bar overhead)
      4 Thrusters
      3 Deadlift

CrossFit TAKEOFF:
Skill:  Push Jerk Progression, Body Row on rings
WOD:  5 Rounds:
                    8 Push Jerk
                    4 Ring Body Rows
