Filthy 50 (LEVEL 1 WILL SCALE TO 25 REPS…NO EXCEPTIONS)

   50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
   50 Jumping pull-ups (full extension at bottom)
   50 Kettlebell swings, 35lbs
   Walking Lunge, 50 steps
   50 Knees to elbows
   50 Push press, 45 pound bar
   50 Hip extensions
   50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
   50 Burpees
   50 Double unders

 NO EXCEPTIONS TO SCALING AS DICTATED BY YOUR TRAINERS.  TAKE THE TEMPERATURE INTO ACCOUNT PLEASE.
