HOW LONG IN CROSSFIT: Almost 3 months
PRODEST MOMENT: I was in my fifth round of dead lifts and was able to lift 350lbs three times. My weight is 165.
NEXT GOAL: Gaining 10 lbs of muscle by the end of the year.
MY EXPERIENCE: Nothing but positive, motivating, extreme and I love all of it!!

NEXT GOAL: 1.master oly lifts. 2. get bench press, squat , shoulder press, and dead lifts up by 100lbs.
MY CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE: exciting, tough, fun, painful but i love it!
