Row 2k for time


For those of you who need a better explanation of this WOD (ehm…Rob), it means “get onto a row machine and row as fast as you possibly can for 2000 meters”.  
GREAT job today to ALL OF YOU!  
I need to give a special shout out to Rob and Sheetal for leading this one with a max of 32!
That was a grand total of 528 situps!
Juan, we will miss you dearly.  You have been an AWESOME addition to our “family”.  Thank you for your motivation and dedication.  We WILL stay in touch.
