Fundraiser Schedule of Events! Thur, April 8th

Note the Midnight Team WOD Sat night.  We’ll provide post-wod libations.  We’ve got plenty of rooms for people to crash in if needed.  Lots of events to keep you busy lifting!  We’re also looking for volunteers to collect donations.  E-mail if you’d like to volunteer for a 1 or 2 hour shift (please put what time you’d like to volunteer).
Overhead Squat:
5 warmup reps at 40% 1 RM
3 reps @ 65%
2 reps @ 75 % 1 RM
1 rep @ 85% 1 RM
1 rep @ 95% 1 RM
1 rep @ 101% 1 RM
Core work:  execute a variety of GHD situps, Hip extensions, ABMAT situps, hollow rocks, etc..  Be focused and 
Skill Level 1:  no GHD situps and limit reps of each exercise you choose to 50.
