Tuesday’s WOD (read carefully)


1.  Try to get 7 rounds of Cindy in 6 minutes (5 pullup, 10 pushup, 15 squat)

2.  If you accomplished #1, congrats…you get 10 minutes rest.  If you did NOT accomplish #1, then you get 4 minutes rest

3.  After your prescribed rest, try to complete 20 full burpees in 1 minute

4.  If you completed #1 and #3 successfully, then you are done

5.  If you completed either #1 OR #3, then do 50 knees to elbows

6.  If you did NOT finish both #1 and #3, then do 50 GHD situps and 50 Knees to Elbows.
