Do NOT sacrifice range of motion. Pullups = FULL elbow extension at bottom and chin over the bar, pushups = FULL elbow extension at top, squats = below parallel at bottom and full knee/hip extension at top.
There have been a ton of “firsts” in the past couple of weeks: Rob, Kristin and Nicole got muscle ups, Rob got 50 straight double unders (in work boots!), many set PRs in Shoulder press and many more stopped using the pullup band or lowered the size of band. The consistency and effort are paying off. Happy Birthday to Rob. He celebrated by running a mile in an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Bomb Suit (90+ lbs!). He came within 30 seconds of the unofficial world record!
