Monday’s WOD:


1.  4 rounds for time:
20 squats
10 Knees-to-Elbows

 Rest 5 min

2.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:
7 jumping pullups
7 burpees

For jumping pullups, try to stand on an object so when your arms and hands are fully extended over your head (not gripping the bar), the bar is 8-9″ below your fingertips.  Come to full extension at the bottom and chin fully over the bar at the top of each rep.  No forward lean in the burpee at the top.
