Monday’s WOD:

For reps
30 sec of handstand pushups (HSPU)/30 sec rest  x 5 sets
3 min rest
30 sec of ring dips/30 sec rest  x 5 sets
3 min rest
30 sec push ups/30 sec rest  x 5 sets
3 min rest
For meters:
Row as far as possible in 2 min

Add total reps and meters rowed together and post score to Comments.
We’ll be running outside on Wednesday (regardless of temp…be prepared!)

Sat– alarm is set for 0620 – we both wake up before it because that is what we do every day for CF

Kari – rolls out of bed at 0605 – “uggggggggghhhhhhh…ooooooooooohhhhhhh…crap I’m sore, the lunges killed me”

Jim – “Suck it up and go run….”

Jim goes to get out of bed – “uuuuuuuuuuuugggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh.. …….oooooooohhhhhhhhhh, holy shit that hurts…”

Kari – laughing – “I have to stop laughing it hurts when I laugh….”

Jim now laughing – “Stop were gonna wake up this kids….uuuuggggggggghhhh this hurts”

— Hours later after Kari has ran and taken 10 blocks of Motrin – Jim is contemplating running or riding…

Kari – “suck it up and go ride your bike”

Jim – “my ass hurts to much to ride a bike….”

Kari – laughing hysterically
