Tabata Box Jump (20″ box)

Rest 5 min

For time:
10 sets of 25 double unders
you can rest as required between sets, but the clock still runs
If you can’t do double unders, do 75 singles per round

IMPORTANT!!
Tuesday night, CF Hampton Roads is giving a presentation and workout at Coventry Elementary School’s Family Fitness Night. We must close the gym at 5:50pm Tuesday. 6pm Fundamentals is cancelled Tuesday. If you can show up early for the 5pm class, please do. We’ll have the gym open at 4:30pm.

If you’d like to come to Coventry to help us run the workout (help monitor form and demo exercises), please let us know. We’ll be running a workout for 100+ kids & parents and could use the help.

Based on feedback from last week’s WODs, we’re cutting back on the number of different elements in each workout this week. You are always welcome to hang around to work on other elements. Another good method is to incorporate into your warmup things you want to work on. You don’t have to stick to the warmup on the wall.
