15 DB Swings

21 DB Swings

Man, I’ve been wrong this whole time about food. The solution really IS
in conventional wisdom (i’m sending vibes of internet sarcasm…do ya feel it?).
This is an extreme example, but it just goes to show you how the school
of thought of “eat less and exercise more” is so prevalent…AND WRONG!!
