"Griff", Wednesday, May 13th

Wednesday’s WOD has running in it.  We traditionally get a low turnout on run days, so…PLLLLLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE.  Pretty please with a cherry on top.  PLEASE come and run tomorrow!  I’ll even throw in a picture of a slightly deformed sad kitten to make you feel guilty if you don’t come.  

(I won’t go so far as to pull out the “every time you skip CrossFit, God kills a kitten” post again, but…)
