Hang Squat Snatch On The Minute, Tuesday October 6th

Weekly Warmup:

DJM
3 rounds
10 kip swings
5 Heaving Snatch Balance (start with PVC round 1, then heavier each round)
Hold snatch balance for 3 seconds at the bottom before standing up. Catch the bar low with a very tight core every time.

Tuesday’s WOD:
Execute 3 x Hang Snatch (75#/50#) on the minute every minute for 15 minutes

Starter WOD:
Ladder: 10-to-1 Pullups and Walking Lunges
i.e. 10 pullups, 10 walking lunges, 9/9, 8/8…..1/1

Food Tips for the Day
Breakfast Eggs – Scramble whole eggs in a bowl. Then add some organic
coconut milk and whip them. It makes them very fluffy.

Breakfast – In general, starting the day off with primarily protein and fat
gets you off to a great start with insulin control throughout the day.

Sandwich – Cut a bell pepper (any color) in half. Clean it out. Add avocado
sliced up and some meat. Stop looking for an exact bread replica.
