Monday: In honor of Tori’s 27th B-day.  (6 rounds at 21 reps per round…it makes 27 in there somewhere)

7 Ring Dips
7 Weighted ABMAT situps

For the Back Squat, you must clean the weight from the floor, push press/jerk it overhead, then lower it to your shoulders…no racks!  Pick a weight that lets you get all 7 without breaking

For the weighted ABMAT situps, you will hold a dumbbell behind your head to start, then execute a situp.  Your torso must get vertical prior to starting back down.

This is Tori during one of her first WODs ever.  She has come a LONG way in a very short time.  She strives for perfection (to the point of driving herself crazy), but she does NOT back down.  Persistence, drive, inner-focus and a contagious confidence have taken her (and will continue to take her) beyond her expectations.  Happy B-Day Tori.
