Heather, with a strong overhead position: shoulder blades pinched back, then shoulder’s shrugged.  Arm internally rotated (showing the armpits forward), and elbows at a 45 degree angle.  Grip relaxed (no hook grip).  Uhhhh…Mike,  whatcha lookin at?
