  25 unbroken dumbbell push press/push jerk (your choice) Scale weight to allow unbroken
  Run 400M at 90%
  rest 3 minutes


3 rounds of
   50 sledge swings (sledge must pass overhead)
   3 rope ascents (cannot jump for first pull) (sub with 9 rope getups)
   rest 3 minutes
