WOD (Level 1 and 2);

3 rounds for time:
  15 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)…stand up FULLY each rep before unracking weight from shoulders
  15 Burpees (make them legit..hips and chest to deck, jump and touch hands overhead at top)

After WOD, on your own:
Level 2:  3 sets of 20 unbroken GHD situps…rest as required between sets
Level 1:   3 sets of 5 GHD situps
