We had the event going till 11pm.  I know I can talk…but.
Watch this video.  Pure focused intensity and form manifest as speed and power.  This is years of focused training.  On the Clean and Jerk, notice how short and fast his dips are…that’s 511.5 lbs he’s putting up in the last clip.  Try to harness that vertical torso, short explosive dip and hip extension in your push press during this WOD.
