Crossfit WOD:

“Tabata Something Else”
20 secs of work 10 secs of rest 8 rounds each of
pullups
pushups
situps
squats
no rest inbetween sets, aka THE CLOCK DOESN’T STOP!
post total for all 4 exercises, you might need a piece of paper and a pen
