WOD: 

4 rounds for total time of:
  15 SDHP (95/65)
  Run 400
  20 wallball shots (top of new plywood is 12’…we’ll have marks up soon) (20#/14#)
  rest 2 minutes

Sorry guys, no content tonight.  Gotta get some sleep.
This is gonna be a tough WOD.  Push hard each round.  Do your best to hammer out the SDHP and Wallballs unbroken each round.
