Monday’s WOD:

“Kicker”
3 Rounds for time:

50 Tuck Jumps

40 Push Ups
30 Squats
Sprint 400 meters



If running in front of the gym for the 400m (usually just 5 am-ers), remember to run back in front of the AutoZone and over 2 rows prior to cutting back to the gym (it’s not just a square course).

6:15 AM CLASS (that’s the morning class… 0615)
CANCELLED FROM JULY 8TH – JULY 13TH!
We leave for the Games on the 7th, and will be unable to cover the 6:15 am class for Wed-Fri of this week. We are very sorry for this. We tried hard to get the 6:15 am class covered, but most of our trainers will be in Aromas at the Games. We’ll start the 6:15 am class back up on Tuesday the 14th. All other classes go as scheduled.
