CrossFit WOD:

Deadlift 3-3-2-1-1-1
Rest, then,
AMRAP 7 minutes:
3 x Power Clean (165/115)
Side Shuffle Right 2 steps
Side Shuffle Left 4 steps
Side Shuffle Right 2 steps
3 vertical jumps as high as you can
For side shuffle: stay low, chest high, feet do not cross. Reach and touch floor prior to changing directions.
