Same topic, a bit more official looking.  Big picture–Fish oil (actually, the Omega-3 Fat–EPA/DHA in the fish oil) is an anti-inflammatory.   Omega-6 (found in grain-fed beef and more common fat sources) is a major inflammation producer).  The current western diet skews the ratio of Omega-3/Omega-6 in our bodies by more than 20 times.  Internal inflammation is linked to Carpal Tunnel, Cancer, Alzheimer’s and countless other auto-immune states.  This includes migraines.  Putting O3/O6 back in balance reduces inflammation and helps solve many ailments.
