5 unbroken muscle ups (sub with 12 pullups and 12 ring dips per round)
rest 20 sec
10 depth challenging HSPU
rest 20 sec
15 GHD Hip Extensions
rest 3 min

RX’d = MU’s are executed and they are unbroken, HSPUs done on wall with baseline of head to deck.  If using parallettes or bumpers for the “depth challenging HSPUs”, then get head below parallel.

Next week we’ll start picking up the metcons again.
