CrossFit WOD:
Back Squat
3 @ 65% 1RM
3 @ 70% 1RM
3 @ 75% 1RM
3 @ 85% 1RM
3 @ 93% 1RM (just estimate betwee 90% and 95% on chart)

Rest, then

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
5 burpee box jumps with 3 squat on top of box each jump
20 flutter kicks-10 per leg (feet travel from 6 inches off ground to leg vertical
