6 HSPU
15 box jumps – 25″
6 L ups

SUPPORT:
The road to Fitness that our athletes have taken is a tough one…but it is THE effective path.  Intensity is scary, but the group aspect of WODs helps overcome that fear through teamwork.  The strongest team in support of the pursuit of Fitness and Health must be at home.  Encouragement and help from family members is undeniably a critical aspect in Fitness.  We have many examples of supportive families and thank them for helping their athletes achieve Fitness with us.
