Flexibility, often referred to as mobility, is one of the 10 General Physical Skills of CrossFit and perhaps the one that is overlooked the most that will also have the greatest benefit. Mobility work is (a) difficult (b) misunderstood (c) uncomfortable, and (d) done mostly on your own (therefore ignored). Here at CFHR we have options to help make mobility work part of an athlete’s weekly CrossFit routine. Whether it’s 10, 20, or even 60 minutes of mobility work, the results will speak for themselves.
What is ROMWOD? ROMWOD stands for Range of Motion Workout of the Day. It is a website we are affiliated with that provides daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity.
