Starting next week, we’ll be doing benchmark (named) WODs to assess gains from the past 2-month’s programming. These are, in general, hard-hitting but short workouts. They are also FUN! The empty spaces on the whiteboard will fill up quickly.

He addresses a recent “study” that purports to show that it’s how many calories you eat, not what comprises those calories, that counts…more mainstream crap. As always, the good Dr. does a great job of explaining bad science and what the study truly shows.
