Nicole’s B-Day WOD and Checkout our SHIRTS!


This past Sunday, we celebrated Nicole’s 29th B-Day with our monthly free WOD and Zone meal.  The large turnout was treated to the following WOD:

3 Rounds, 29 Seconds ON, 29 Seconds REST of the following:
Pushups, Jump Rope, Burpees, Push Press, SDHP, Box Jump
Great work everyone (especially our first-timers).
