Over Thanksgiving, Nicole had the pleasure of working out at Rogue Fitness (CrossFit Toledo).  Thanks to John for his hospitality.  They’ve got a great facility and tons of dedicated athletes (much like us!).  John’s daughter, Brey is full of amazing athletic potential!  This is a picture of Nicole in the midst of a FGB row cycle.  Any questions about Intensity?
