10 inverted burpees against wallball wall
Pick up the Dumbbell and do walking lunge back to GHD
20 hip extensions10 burpees
Dumbbell weight = 55/35 this is a single db held anywhere (best method is holding the sides of the DB at chest)
JroCK leads the 9amers in a little Shoulder Press 101 (pull that head through Cayle!). The 9am attendees are becoming quite a tight knit group of athletes (rivaling the 5am and 5pm classes).
