CrossFit WOD:

Power Clean

3-3- 3 (rest 4 min between sets. Bar on ground for no more than 2 seconds between reps)

rest 5 min, then

3 rounds for time
35 double unders
12 burpees
rest 5 min, then
Hanging L-hold (hang from bar with legs straight out. Scale by bending legs as req’d).
As many efforts as required to get 45 seconds in the hold (add up time from each effort)

No TAKEOFF on Tues/Thur
